ITL PERMACURE UV CURING INKS FOR VUTEK PRINTERS

ITL PermaCure VK UV Series inks are designed for maximum outdoor resistance to colour fade and chemical attack caused by the combined effects of UV degradation and environmental pollution. Each colour is formulated to the highest exacting standards that utilize the most durable, premium grade, long-term outdoor pigments.

When original ITL PermaCure VK UV Series inks are used to recommended procedures, colour variance from original densities will be minimal for a period of 24 months vertical outdoor exposure.

The primary features of these inks are:

Resistant to the effects of UV degradation and colour fading with a 2 year outdoor durability.
Clean, high intensity colours with expanded colour gamut.
Consistent colour density values.
Excellent adhesion and flexibility on most self-supporting flexible and pressure sensitive vinyl, and most of PVC, Polyester, Polycarbonate, PP substrates.
Fast drying characteristics minimize the risk of “blocking”.

Media Adhesion & Display:

To ensure ITL PermaCure VK UV Series ink density values do not distort during outdoor exposure, it is important to use proven substrates (flexible vinyls and pressure sensitive vinyls) that do not “yellow” or vary from their original white cast when exposed outdoors for two years or more. All ITL PermaCure VK UV Series inks are formulated for maximum adhesion to an extensive range of unsupported and pressure sensitive vinyls. Always pre-test for acceptable adhesion prior to production to ensure maximum outdoor performance.
