LOOK AFTER YOUR PRINTER AND YOUR PRINTER WILL LOOK AFTER YOU

What does an inkjet printer want for Christmas? A nice relaxing break mostly. You can't spoil a printer by buying it expensive chocolates but you can by not preparing properly for periods of low usage. A little time spent now will ensure that when you return from your holiday your printer is also refreshed and ready to get back to work. We recommend that you refer to the printer manufacturers' instruction manual for guidelines on preparing your printer for the break.

CUSTOMER SURVEY

Our Customer Satisfaction Survey emails have been sent to ITL Distributors over the last few weeks and we have recieved some valuable feedback so far. The survey link is still live so if you have not yet clicked on the email we sent out there is still time to do so. This is an online survey which can be completed in less than 5 minutes. All responses are completely anonymous and will be used to review internal operations, products and support. This is a chance to have your say so please do take the opportunity. REMINDER - ORDER CUT OFF DATES FOR 2008 DECEMBER SHUTDOWN

There is still time to place a last-minute order with us before the annual shutdown.

Orders from UK customers, to be delivered within the UK, can be sent to us until 5pm on the 17th of December and we are continuing to take orders from international customers with dispatch dates to be advised on receipt of order. The last physical shipping day will be the 19th of December for all orders from both UK and International customers.

ITL GB's offices will be closed from 1pm on the 24th of December 2008 and will re-open at 9am on the 2nd of January 2009.
