 We interviewed ITL's Customer Service Sales Executive, Dean Terry, for the July edition of our Full Coverage E:Newsletter.

Dean, 23, was born in Manchester and now lives in Cheadle with his girlfriend, Sarah.

Q: What was your favourite subject at school/college/university?

A: Physical Education.

Q: What was your first job?

A: Paperboy.

Q: What other jobs have you done?

A: Warehouse Operative, Porter, Office Administration, Accounts.

Q: Do you have any (professional) qualifications?

A: 9 – GCSE A-C’s; AS Levels in Spanish, Accounts and Law; NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Business Studies; European Computer Driving License; IATA, IMDG & ADR Dangerous Goods Certified; Export & Customs Proceedure Training; Advanced Sales & Negotiation Training; Customer Service Training; TeleSales Training.
 
Q: Do you travel with your job?

A: Yes. We have just come back from the FESPA show in Amsterdam which was a busy show and also a great place to walk around and see the sights !!

Q: What is your dream car?

A: Lotus Motor Sport Elise.

Q: What is your favourite place(s) to spend your free time?

A: Preferably somewhere warm and sunny.
 
Q: What are your hobbies / interests?

A: Football, Mountain Biking, Games, Movies, Good Food and Drink, spending time with friends and family.

Q: Which team do you support?

A: Manchester United.
 
Q: In your music collection what is the album which you listen to the most?

A: Phil Collins – Greatest Hits.

Q: Tell us something that not many people know about you?
